"There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Staff was very friendly, room was quiet and clean. This is our third or fourth annual trip here for the Rhinebeck car show. Hotel is a very short drive to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. Reasonable rates and free coffee & breakfast. "
