"The rooms were nice and clean"

"It was ok for someone on a budget. The rooms were clean, all appliances and plumbing working. The problem was the free breakfas, not healthy at all. Orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed, artificial sugar high fructose and so was the maple syrup for the waffles. No milk for the cereal. Kids had to use the 2% milk from the coffee area. Bread options were bagels, white bread and store bought mini blueberry muffins. No shredded cheese for the eggs, no bacon only sausage patties and no fresh...

"The fitness center was closed for the entire 3 day stay because of a leak in the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed but never opened. The television controls were uninterpretable until a maintenance person wrote out the directions on day #2. There was no way that I would have figured it out. My coffee machine did not work either. When I asked to be comped for at least 1 day of my 3 days stay, I was told a manager would call me after checking out and I never received a phone call"

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the younger housekeeper was especially kind and helpful. The team was very accommodating whenever I needed assistance, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure I had a comfortable stay."
