"The staff was friendly and hotel was relatively clean. However, the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke in the halls and in our room. In our room, the tv did not work, the sink did not drain, and there was no hot water to take a shower. The room was also missing one of the night stands. "

"I stayed there for a week, but they never came in to clean the room. It was pointless to put a "Please Clean" sign on the door or complain. I ended up staying in a dirty room."

"Breakfast was good for complimentary, rooms were average ~ all the faucets were opposite cold was hot and hot was cold, floors were pretty dirty and toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Air conditioning was good but we were there in April and I can't say that it would hold up if it were July or August. We had fresh towels each day which was a plus. Helena at the front desk was AMAZING ~ she was patient, kind and very helpful ~ I hope I got her name correct!"

"Could smell weed in the elevator, hallway and outside. Broken nightstand and lamp…one of the towels was stained with dirty feet prints. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot…not what I was expecting. Other than that and the $500 spent, I guess it was ok. We didn’t die and the car was not broken into. "
