Hotel Murah di The Cliffs

"Clean and reception desk staffs are very helpful."

"The staff was very nice and professional."

"Only complaint was how insanely loud the air is when it kicks on and off , woke me up every single time through the night along with how heavy the room doors are , they slam shut. Very loud. Everything else was very nice , super clean , friendly staff , great food at the restaurant. Bartender was great. Pool and hot tub very nice and well maintained."

"I didn’t like that they have started charging a refundable deposit"

"We had a great stay, very clean and comfortable rooms."

"This property was okay for a budget option. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked or punched in but it didn’t bother me. The shower was warm enough but not hot, very small shower head. The bed was SUPER firm which is not my favorite. The heat and A/C worked very well. Breakfast was not good at all- poor selection, waffles didn’t taste good, and yogurt was expired. I really care about a comfortable bed, good...

"The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...

"Room was clean Friendly staff"

"The bed was very comfortable, and property was generally quite clean. The property is very convenient to the highway and down town Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We had mixed feelings about the staff; the evening person on the front desk was very nice and helpful, but we found the day person was a little testy when we arrived at 3pm and checkin was 4 pm"

"Appreciate dog friendly . Appreciate as a large family a room can sleep 5 or 6 with two beds and pullout couch… however the pullout was very uncomfortable, better to sleep on it as a couch instead of a bed for a kid. Easy location"
