"The first day we were here, the outdoor pool was out of operation. On a hot weekend in the summer, we were quite disappointed and chose this property specifically for the pool. The TV was also inoperable. We attempted to order movies multiple times but the service was unavailable. On a brighter note, the room was clean and the bed was super cozy!"

"We had such a great stay. The property was so much fun, the staff was incredible, and food was great. Shout to Victoriya, the innkeeper, she did a fantastic job taking care of us. Will definitely return."

"I liked the 24hr amenities being opened like the gym or the pool. It was really clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. Parking was excellent. And they had a Mexican restaurant opened late next door"

"The hotel was walking distance to a lot of businesses such as restaurants, gift shops, City Creek Mall, and Capitol. Having said that, only if you dont mind walking. Rooms were clean. The hotel offers brunch and we tried it. For me it's just typical food what they serve if you go to Best Western for a complimentary breakfast. I would suggest to check the other Cafe in the area. It's a little bit pricey if you ask me not so much food selections."

"Our check-in was wonderful. The woman (long hair and glasses) was welcoming and informative. The room was very nice, and breakfast was pretty good. Our only complaint was an AC unit that was way too loud."

"Rooms were outdated but very clean, the refrigerator needs to be replaced but we didn’t use it so no complaints. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, fresh and hot and nicely stocked with various options."

"The rooms are clean and fairly large. The hotel is extremely noisy, old construction I guess. The breakfast is one of the worst I have looked at in a hotel. I did not eat there. Minimal selections: one fruit, no yoghurt, pastries or bagels that could have been offered the avoid the only thing on top - powdered scramble eggs and re-warmed sausages. It would not take much to improve this, but currently it is poor."

"The property was very clean. The few interesting things was that the room air conditioner is controlled remotely by the host, it was not as cold as expected. There’s no breakfast provided on the weekend, just coffee and pastries."
