"To start off the staff was friendly and helpful. Appeared the hotel was updated but still not in great shape. The room was ok, fridge had someone’s leftover from previous stay. The shades for room mediocre, didn’t do the job to keep Room room dark especially since sunrise is earlier. Provided styrofoam cups for room, which felt cheap. The location is noisy and room was small. I would not stay here again."

"Our group had booked 11 rooms as we were in town for a memorial service. During the 2 day stay everone of us had to go to the desk and have our room keys redone at least once and one room up to 4 times. The staff at checkout were not real helpful. I was told that I had prepaid for my room, which I don't remember doing and they were not able to give me a receipt. I also wanted to pay fir my grandsons room that he had booked and got the same response that he had prepaid so I couldn't. I have never had this happen where I couldn't get a receipt. My other grandson's room needed to have clean sheets brought to them as the ones on the bed were dirty. Also the facility is no smoking but the hallway on the third floor definately smelled of marijuana. The staff in lounge were good and breakfast was good. Wish we had known that the heater was out in the pool."
