"This is our first time staying at the hotel. We were there because our daughter was having a serious surgery nearby. The staff from the valet, to the desk staff, bellmen and concierge all knew our names, were pleasant, courteous and professional. Rooms were large, clean and bright and the property had 3 great restaurants and bars. Ashley, the concierge was so nice to our family, and helped us with all of our requests. Property is a 10 and we extended our stay for another week."

"This was a typical Hampton Inn although perhaps not quite up to the standards of others we have stayed in."

"Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number."

"This was our second time staying there and it was great. The location is excellent, being right next to the Gateway Mall for activities and great dining. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the place is always clean."

"The property was very clean. The few interesting things was that the room air conditioner is controlled remotely by the host, it was not as cold as expected. There’s no breakfast provided on the weekend, just coffee and pastries."
