From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

When we arrived at our room at check in, the room had clearly not been cleaned or maintained: toilet was clogged with puke, pillow cases were stained, and the AC did not work. The hotel’s maintenance and housekeeping staff leave the premises at 5pm (check in at 4) and were not available to fix the room. The manager tried to switch us to different rooms, but no available rooms were fit: they all were smaller than...

"No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous."
