"Staff was great bed was a bit hard with springs and had one dirty towel. But over all was good!"

"The evening desk staff was very helpful, explaining about the parking process. The lobby is open to the outside, but a key operated door offers security to the elevator. We had a great view of the city from the 11th floor. Breakfast was good."

"There were a lot of roaches the area is not the safest room smell smoked in, Overall the entire hotel was not well kept or clean. I have pictures and videos of roaches when I walked into the room. I probably stay in the room for three minutes tops and then left staff did try their best, but I would not recommend this hotel at all."
