"Great staff and great stay"

"This was our second stay at this location in the last month! The staff is outstanding, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is wonderful! We had a few issues with the bathroom being clean and amenities not being stocked that once reported were immediately (within less than 15 minutes of calling) resolved. It was much appreciated. We didn’t request it be done right away but the staff was insistent on correcting it. They were wonderful! We have several more trips planned to the...

"Glad I read the fine print before hitting send. Very slick Expedia. This hotel was fabulous. My check-in experience was horrible due to Expedia! Expedia hadn't sent my reservations to the hotel even though they had already CHARGED ME! We ended up having to wait for around an hour or so while the head hostess did her best to work this out. I could hear she was having trouble with the people with Expedia. Several Expedia representatives transferred her again and again, all while my exhausted...

"Unfortunately they cancelled our reservation because they had no hot water. They called us just before we got on the plane to fly out there but they gave us the name of another hotel to use. Things happen and they did their best."

"I love this place, it’s spacious and clean! I’ve stayed here several times over the years. However, the unit we were in, had no working phone, no working clock, minimal kitchen supplies, only one lightbulb in one of the bedrooms, the kitchen had very poor lighting. The lights on the ceiling were out. Will definitely stay here again!"
