"This is a newer property and it was so clean. I told my husband it’s the nicest Residence Inn I’ve stayed in and I used to work for Marriott. We only stayed 1 night, in town for a concert at The Factory. We didn’t use the amenities but the 5 stars is all about cleanliness, nice public spaces and LOCATION! The Factory was about a 10 minute walk through a developed area that was family friendly and had several restaurants, bars and shops where they’ve infused the area with STL local downtown...

"This was one of the better hotels we have stayed in the past year and the the pricing was excellent. Breakfast was good."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The only down side of it was the entrance (very narrow and one way) and the pool (very small and super far from the hotel rooms). The breakfast was great and they had lots of healthy options. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was a wonderful add. Not the typical pullout bed . This was almost as a rail bed, very convenient for little kids and families. I would totally recommend it !"

"Loved the atmosphere & the room, just wish the pool didn’t close so early."

"Might be a nice place after renovation. Right now, it smelled like smoke inside on the first floor in the back hallway. We arrived on a Sunday night and the trash was piled high inside the back entryway (food garbage and all) which smelled terrible. At night we got a note under our door that said that workers will need access to our room throughout the week for renovations. We were only there one night so it didn't affect us but it would have been unacceptable if we were there longer. We...
