"Our room was clean, I did leave some curling tongs behind by mistake and upon returning a few day later for another couple of days stay I had to bring up my missing curling tongs 4 times to reception . They didn’t get back to me or seem to care so presume they were stolen by either staff or the next guest to stay in my room. Bought a cocktail at the bar and it didn’t taste of any alcohol at all. Shame as the property itself is good value for money, reception and bar let it down"

" Very close to Barrowlands about 30 minutes walk from Buchannan Bus station if you dont stop in the pubs!!!! The walk takes you through town. "

"Stylish, large room with lots of wardrobe space and tables. Bathroom was spacious with good shower but had mold. Coffee machine leaked water when used. "

"We stayed here for one night and left early the next morning for the airport. The suite is an excellent set up and was perfect for our family of 4. There are lots of restaurants and shops right out the main door. Would highly recommend this place. We parked in the parkade next store and were lucky it was opened because we had to leave at 5:30 am. Normally it is closed and doesn’t open until 7 am. So take that into consideration for your planning. Could have put a huge hurdle in our plans...

"An absolutely gorgeous apartment hotel. It was so spacious and comfortable and sparkly clean. Everything was new and shiny. The staff were charming. We had an early check in for a small fee. Perfect central location right next to shops, restaurants and the metro. Can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again."

"Best location possible directly beside Queen Street station, the galleries, all the shops along Buchanan st and restaurants. Hotel entrance is older but the floors / rooms are immaculate / recently renovated and one of the best rooms we had during our trip. Spacious rooms, great A/C. Great hotel choice would stay again"

"The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was steeps away and very reasonably priced for the 2 nights we stayed. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only negative was that it wasn’t the quietest location with a loud bar across the street and homeless shelter next door. "
