"The staff was very nice and at first we thought the room was up to par for our taste. Upon waking the next day we found dirty underwear in the bathroom and left over beer cans on and behind the dresser. We had a talk with staff and they apologized with a bottle of Champagne."

"Our room was very clean and basically appointed. Beds were bouncy and pillows fluffy. I grew up in town and remember the property as a fact lucary spot at the golf course. The grounds feel run down and a little sad- pot holes and un-repaired restroom sink and dirty looking carpets in the clubhouse. "The space was well maintained and comfortable. However, the pillows were too stiff and the air conditioner did not work well. Additionally, it was a challenge to log into the wifi service. For my purpose on this trip, Seaside was adequate, but I may stay elsewhere if my situation is different on a future trip."

The Nextdoor guest was on his cellphone (walking back and forth on the hallway) past 3:00 a.m. and the worst part, I lost $900 cash trying to not scratch the car parked next to us since the parking spaces are way too small."

"The hotel itself was acceptable, but it did not match how it was represented in the photos. The wooden floor in our room was badly swollen and heavily lifted in front of the king bed, covering the entire walkway to the bathroom, which made it awkward to walk on. The bathroom sink was also severely cracked, with multiple fractures spreading from the center. We were unable to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked.
