"This hotel is well kept, bed was comfortable and clean as was the room. Plenty of parking and safe location. Many restaurants in the area and gas stations to walk to. The staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel, very safe."

"I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer."

"Do not book a stay here unless you want to take your chances being stranded in Chicago. I booked 3 months in advance arrived and got told they overbooked and don't have my room and all they had to say is sorry we don't know what to tell you. There was a huge festival event in the area for that weekend so there was nothing available ended up in the car for a night and Expedia was no good or help resolving or rebooking either i can say."
