"The Oakhurst in was definitely not up to my standards BUT the staff tried everything to make things more comfortable. Unfortunately the Inn was working off of a generator and couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. My biggest issue however was the fruit flies. They were everywhere and it really bothered me. Jake - night person in the lobby was my hero after AC shut down for the 3rd time and I decided to leave in the middle of the night."

House keeping didn’t come at all during our stay, even after I requested a clean. The maintenance man knocked on the door and then automatically entered while we were inside the room- which is a safety concern especially when traveling solo with two kid, the dishes in the cabinet had food stuck on them, a pregnancy test...

"The lady at the front desk could have been more informative. She didn't tell us (not does the website) that we were being charged $5 every day our vehicle was on the property [even the day you arrive and leave] they charge you a parking fee. It should be $15 we were charged $25!! The rooms could be cleaner. I always clean our room before we get comfortable. But this is a room that needed my attention. Everything else was good.
