"Polite staff. Clean and well kept facility"

"Thin walls. Rowdy guests slamming doors and partying in the pool until 1am. Our room had exposed outlets and a toilet that rocked back and forth when you sat down. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get breakfast as there was not a seat open. Husband noted that the gym had a couple of machines that were not working. We will skip this one next time."

"If I could have checked out and got my money back right after I checked in I would have. I will say, the lady at the front desk was great. Super sweet and helpful and unfortunately I don't remember her name. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy and so were several of the guests. I didn't feel comfortable staying here with children. "It was a drug den for locals as far as I could tell. It's built on the yard side of a few houses, of which have constantly barking dogs. The people I interacted with seemed like they lived there permanently, the adults yelling in the hallways to their kids/spouse had little control of the kids running and yelling everytime they enter or exit the building. "Very limited breakfast selection. Orange juice was questionable at best. The AC/fan was loud all night, tried to turn it off, didn't work."

"Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites."
