"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. "very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned."

"Hotel is in a central location a short walk to shops and bus station. The hotel itself is clean and all staff members a friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu offers a good range of options all of which are prepared to order using good quality ingredients. The bedrooms are finished to a high standard many offering an outside balcony, with both a walk-in shower and separate bath. "Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."
