"Nice clean hotel with big rooms. Good location for hospital apts."

"The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. "Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"We were able to check in early and the staff were very kind and helpful! Beds and rooms were a little smaller than expected but sufficient. Breakfast was just poptarts, apples, and oatmeal packs. Selection of sodas, waters, and ice cream for purchase was nice. Ended up buying bottled water because there was no drinking fountain and tap water didn't taste great. 30 minutes of walking and train rides to get downtown."

"Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful. Location was great - convenient to the show I was attending at the Cobra Lounge and to a pretty decent variety of decent looking food options. Don’t miss the...
