"We found the Villas to be clean and well presented but a little bit tired and run down. Due to the low guest capacity the included breakfast is chosen from a limited menu and not a buffet. The distance into Ubud is walkable which is good as the last shuttle back to the resort is too early to have dinner and utilise it. The staff did not seem surprised that we checked out after the first night and stayed elsewhere. For us the pictures don't match the reality at all."
