"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was in good condition, but we had some problems with getting the services we needed. They clean only once per week, and we wanted clean towels after 3 days. We were able to get them, but it was not easy. They also did not stock the room for a one-week stay - we ran out of shower gel, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee pods. "I stayed at Home2 Suites Easton for a work conference in the Bexley area. While the hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were helpful. The parking lot is not a safe location. There were three break-ins to various cars while I was there. Windows were smashed and cars were damaged. My car was not damaged, but at least 10 others were. If you stay here, don't leave anything valuable in your car and try to park up by the hotel door and not in the back of the property. That part of the...

The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). "Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."
