"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Well about this place. If you need it to just sleep this place is perfect. The pool and hot tub are open till 10. There is no kitchen. So if you want breakfast or room service go else where. There a sign at the front desk no morning breakfast. Sign look like it been there a while. How ever the bedroom get cold I had it to 63°. Hot water with good water pressure. The bed side light stands plug ins did not work. So just in case bring a long cord you might need it. The actual curtains do not...

"Breakfast was promised and paid extra but there was no breakfast available, only coffee and tea (and the coffee was poor tasting as well). Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Lots of noise all night long."

"Room smelled, air conditioning rattled and was very loud. Door didn't lock looked like it had been kicked in. The layout of the room made no sense bed was opposite of the tv and tv didn’t turn or move. Bed and couch were old, worn and very uncomfortable."

"This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking."

"Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight"

"Room was used for what its intended for. Just needed to rest our heads n get ready for airport. Desk agent was cordial. Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked, it took away what the Room smelled of stewing. We git air freshners. Room was ok after. Bathroom light did not work. Breakfast consisted of frozen pastry thawed, coffee n juice dispensed at your leisure. At this day and age, we're thankful for anything complimentary."

"My food went bad over night. The refrigerator went out. And no reimbursement. My tv kept going out. The room phone didn’t work. And every time we would go to the front desk no one could help or there wasn’t any kind of compensation. It was just one thing after the other. And I paid a nice penny to stay for 2 weeks."
