"The staff was OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY, so ACCOMMODATING. Gracie checked us in and got us in our room early as we were coming in from Kansas City for a college visit and did not have a car. We didn’t need it at all. We walked everywhere. We will stay here again if my daughter decides to go to U of A. I can tell they were doing some upgrades which was great. I wish the pool would have been open. We were just a few days too early. Thanks again! We will definitely be back. "

"Extremely disappointed with the room quality here. My first room was unhygienic, dirty sheets, used towels, and hair in the shower. Even the common area outside the door was left dirty for over a day. After switching rooms, the second one wasn't much better, with broken lighting and visible water damage on the ceiling, more hair in the shower.
Definitely not worth the stay. "
