"I really like this property. Everything was pristine and high quality. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. The free car service was super helpful for dropping us and our luggage at the nearest metro station. The gym equipment was brilliant too. One area of comment - we checked in when the adjoining bar DJ was playing very loud music. It felt like I was checking into a nightclub! I couldn't hear the receptionist very well which was a bit of a negative experience."

"Called in advance to make sure they had a pack in play and they said they did. When I went to put my 11 month old to sleep the pack in play was broken and I was told that was the only one they had. Told me if I wanted one to go buy it myself. Everything around was closed. Very tough night sleep with baby."

"This Marriott was very modern and in a great location, but the service was horrible. The elevators broke down on Saturday afternoon and nobody that worked at this Marriott seemed to care. I usually stay at Marriot Hotels, but this one I will avoid on my next trip."

"My cruise ended at 7:30 a.m. Thought I’d be homeless til check in. Was so happy a room was ready at a hotel so conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Customer service was excellent and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Hyatt hotels! "

"I arrived at the hotel at around 12 noon . I went in to hotel to see if I could let them know since I arrived I could Register my car since they charge $45 per day as a guest of the hotel. When I arrived at the front desk , I asked about early check in and the person waiting on me was a young lady who seemed more concerned about her makeup than helping a customer out. I was informed by the employee that they were completely sold out and couldn’t get me an early check in . I was made to wait in...
