This place was located within a 5 minute walk to the beach with access to many restaurants and shopping. The pool and sauna were great! They provided a nice touch with providing us chocolates and a box for each kid that contained shampoo, conditioner and body lotion! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice hotel in a lovely town, just a short stroll to shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. On arrival we were given our room earlier than advertised which was a great start. We had paid extra to have a balcony in our standard room. Unfortunately that balcony gave a view straight out to a busy Construction site. Reception insisted this was what we booked and that this was as advertised. This is not true. No-one would pay extra for a balcony overlooking a building site but they were unwilling to accept this and were not understanding about why we were disappointed. They said this is advertised on their website but we booked through Expedia. We paid for an additional upgrade and got a lovely room but it was a disappointing start to our stay. Our new room was lovely, clean, bright, modern and spacious. We really enjoyed breakfast at the hotel too. All in all a lovely stay after paying for another upgrade.

Excellent Hotel

Everything in this hotel was very nice, however I did have one problem with the cleaner as one day the room was not cleaned properly. I was a bit upset that the cleaner stated my husband had told her not to touch anything (and this was not true), however I was very happy the the staff did take my compliant very seriously and ensured my room was always cleaned to a good standard. We were also offered a free lunch which was a nice gesture. The hotel is spacious and with a beautiful interior. The breakfast staff were absolutely AMAZING, very kind, friendly and patient with my children. Also the night staff were very helpful and always smiling and happy to see us.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal hier gewesen und hatten erneut einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zum Strand, zur kleinen Innenstadt und vielen Restaurants ist wirklich klasse - sowohl als Paar als auch als Familie. Auch das Frühstück ist vielseitig und damit für jeden was dabei. Ein Spielzimmer hilft bei schlechtem Wetter und der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön gemacht. Für uns war der Pool leider nur zu kalt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Zimmer sind für den Preis einfach zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten leider auch ein Problem mit der Sauberkeit der Toilette. Man war zwar bemüht, das Problem zu lösen, aber für ein 4-Sterne-Haus war das aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder und hoffen, dass bis dahin etwas in die Zimmer-Renovierung investiert wurde.

Schönes Hotel, Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht, die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und groß. Das Personal ist bemüht Probleme schnell zu lösen. Auch für Kinder wird was geboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wij verbleven op een familiekamer met onze kinderen(8 en 10). Fijn, ruim, groot balkon alleen wel een beetje verouderd. Zo hoorde je de airco best goed en was ook de bedbank waar de kinderen op moesten slapen niet zo comfortabel meer. Ook zagen we mensen naar de spa gaan met badjassen maar deze hadden wij niet op de kamer. Wel leuk dat de kinderen op het bed een apart douchegel pakketje voor kinderen hadden liggen. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant of de bar in het hotel omdat we lekker naar het strand en de strandtenten zijn gelopen. We zouden zo nog een keer het hotel boeken i.v.m. de afstand tot het strand.
