"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only comment is no access to toilets at the wet deck. They were through at the bar and then the bar had into not come in wet. Very strange! Also that the wet deck closed at 5:30. That was a shame! We couldn’t enjoy it. "

"Fantastic location, easy walking distance to many great locations and transport options. Fantastic staff - cannot speak highly enough of them, nothing was any trouble. We had breakfast at Lady Fairfax and it was lovely - the adults were able to order A la carte whilst the children enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was perfect for us some mornings. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"It’s a fine place for a few nights a little run down and the room we were in was small perfect for us as we just used it to sleep in. However if you are going to spend time in the room get a bigger room. Place def could use a refresh, just felt a little tired. location was good we were able to walk everywhere we needed or wanted to go "

"It’s a great location if you want walking distance to airport…it’s just across the street. But in my opinion it’s very expensive just for that added bonus. Bed was very soft - too soft, and shower had zero pressure and did not hold water temperature changing from hot to cold within seconds. But as I said, location is perfect if you want to be by the airport, so this is the price to pay."

"Overall a good stay; but mom was unexpectedly locked out of the room (917) on the morning of checking out at 10:30 when the checkout time was officially 11am. My family was fortunately rescued by a staff passing by - it seems unreasonable to have the system deactivate the key cards before the checkout time. "
