"We decided last minute to go to Dahlonega just for one night. We decided on The Smith House because it was in town and we could walk wherever we wanted to go. The room was a king room in the lodge but did not have a balcony like the ones in front. We had a small window that faced the parking garage. The parking was ok. Accommodations and communal spaces are clean, cozy and comfortable. Made to order breakfast and service is exceptional. We visit the area often and highly recommend a stay at Long Mountain!"

"Needed a place to stay for a night. Was just what we needed and so close the the outlet mall, a big plus!"

"The room was pretty dirty and gross. The floors were filthy, we dropped some water and cleaned it up with a napkin and there was so much dirt on those floors. The shower had mildew on everything from the shower head to the handle. The tub drain was missing the stopper, the sink drain had no stopper, the toilet seat was chipped, the room always felt wet and the AC took hours to cool the room down at night. The towels were stained. The yogurt at breakfast was expired and the cheerios were stale....

"We came down to attend a wedding and took in some of the tourists attractions nearby. The cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean, inviting and comfortable. We loved the private location and wooded area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely stay again. "
