"This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible."

Upon arrival, the young woman who checked me in gave me several choices on my room location (different floors, near the elevator or not, etc.) She was so nice and friendly.
