"The dirtiest carpet I have ever been on. Years of dirt and God knows what else have never been cleaned from the rooms carpet. Every shower resulted in black gunk being washed off the bottom of our feet. It was disgusting. The door to the room jbed so we had to throw a shoulder into it just to open the door. The reins concept is cute and well thought out, but maintenance and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority."

"The room was on the lakeside of the property, but very little view. The room itself was just ok. Out of date VHS with small TV. Bed ok. Freezer door in fridge was broken and would not stay shut. On the upside, the property location on the lake was excellent. Nice pier and peninsula grass area. The chairs on shore provided a nice area for relaxing and watching the sunset. Lake Tahoe itself never disappoints!"

"The shower plumbing was a mess. The handle was so stiff that my wife couldn't turn it. I had to use both hands and all of my strength. The room was clean but somewhat shabby. Ifit were a Motel 6 for $69/night, I would have expected as much. But for a BW Plus at well $300/night, it was far overpriced. My wife and I have stayed at BW properties all over the Country but now I expect to re-think my loyalty."
