"Great hotel on waterfront. Very helpful staff. Shared bathrooms but otherwise all very modern."

"We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on...

"The hotel is right on the prom and beach.We had a superior room, which had a lovely view. Staff were generally lovely. My only real issues were that only one window opened in the room and that the room smelt bad. Not sure what of but maybe damp carpet. I was told there were no other superior rooms left to change rooms. Unfortunately did not get a chance to use Spa etc.I would like to return and hope for a better smelling room."

"Nice place to stay, very handy for dog walks at the back of the golf course. In a handy place if you want to go to the beach it's about a 5 minute drive to Barkley beach, only 4 miles to Rhyl."

"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"Good hotel for our short 2 night stay visiting relatives in the area. The management were very helpful and provided anything we asked for. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that aspect, but breakfast was first class and cooked freshly to order."

"Lovely hosts, Vicky and Bob, who kept us informed and provided lots of information on the area. The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool.
