"From arriving to departure the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went B&B, plus evening meal, which was well worth it. Big mention to three of the staff Will, Osian “Fish” and Willow who really went out of their way to make sure our 3 night stay was very memorable. Will definitely be trying the sister hotel in Dolgellau in the near future."

"Struggled a little with the lock box on arrival, but managed to get in. Can't comment on communication with the host, as we had no need to. The property was PERFECT. the position on the park is ideal. It was out of the way, up on the Hill so was peaceful and had excellent views. We had everything we needed and more. "D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...
