"There are no cups in the room. There isn't an ice bucket. There is no coffee or coffee makers. There isn't a microwave in the room. The parking is terrible. It is very difficult to pull up at the entrance. If it were raining you would have to un load in the rain."

"We walked into the lobby and a roach was literally crawling across the floor. The pool was completely drained. And the room was super hot with no AC and smelt rank. We left immediately and booked another room at a different hotel."

"W杯旅行のため家族でこちらに滞在しました。 総合的にここを選んで大満足でした！ アクセスについて 場所は郊外にあたりますが車ではダウンタウンまで30分もかからないのと、近くに美味しい飲食店、スーパーマーケットもあります。 部屋について キッチン付き・寝室とリビング別室・バスルームは浴槽付きで、広々としていてとても快適でした。 設備について プールがあって子連れにはとてもよかったです。 6月末はかなり暑かったので2歳の娘はプールでたくさん遊んで楽しそうでした。 プールにタオルが置いてあるのと、日陰の中にベンチやテーブルがあるのと、プールへのドアがきちんと施錠されているのもよかったです。 サービスについて 朝食は簡単なものでしたが、パンの種類もある程度あったり、新鮮なフルーツもあって栄養バランスよく食事を取れたのが嬉しかったです。 部屋の食洗機の動かし方がわからなくてフロントに連絡した時もすぐに担当の人が来てくれて教えてくれたり、サービスも良かったと思います。 周辺の雰囲気もよく治安的にも心配せずに過ごせました。 また機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです！"
