"The rooms were great, having a full size fridge/freezer, sink, stovetop, and microwave. Very spacious layout was nice for a two day stay. The pool was warm, which was nice. Breakfast options were great, but some items were cold, or the drinks were warm. Nothing was changed out to keep up with it. Maybe it depended on when you went. Location was great, with shopping and food options in walking distance."

"Staff rude. Stale odor throughout hotel. Room NOT clean!! ZERO amenities such as tissues or hand towels, no blow dryer."

"Had to ask a few different times for housekeeping over our three nights stay. Garbage was overflowing and needed towels and housekeeping never came to do our rooms. Also the bathroom downstairs by the pool area was disgusting and had no toilet paper even though we had told the front desk it was out the day before. I will say the front desk was very helpful when I needed to work and trying to help me get my Internet set up on my work computer."

"The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds."

"Security was very poor. Had to walk around to the front to enter from the parking lot. Lots of 🚬 butts and trash bags at multiple entrances. Told staff of the issue and nothing was done. There was no utensils to use. Shower curtain and Rod was torn from the wall. There was a couple of outlets inoperable."

"The room was clean but stark. There was no maid service after our first night; no new towels, beds not made. Not a bad place but not quite what I expected. Would likely not choose it again."

"The hotel over booked us. We reserved 2 rooms for 1 night and they could not honor it upon arrival. We were only given one room. The room smelled bad when we went in, and the couch was very dirty."

"This is a hidden gem. Nice little property with ease of access to Milwaukee sites. Uses actual keys, so that's old school fun. Very easy to contact and talk to staff."
