"First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!"

"The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was...

"Neat place. Only onsite parking is valet. There is a public garage around the block. I think their listing is a little vague about this. Loved the brewing company just across the street. Place was nice but a little spendy."

"Area is not the greatest. Perfect location for fair park activities. Torn carpet, Neighbor urinating in parking lot. Never felt comfortable leaving my vehicle."

"We found this hotel had very helpful staff. Our room was out of kleenex, I mentioned this to someone at the front desk and they resolved the problem very quickly. They had free meals, which were good. We ate dinner and breakfast. We were not familiar with the downtown Milwaukee area, so thanks to GPS we located the hotel. We had tickets to the Milwaukee Rep, so was able to walk to the theatre. It was a pleasant experience."

"Everyone was very nice just wish the coffees bar was open all day. The only other thing was the soap and shampoo were very strong smelling and i couldn't use at all. The smell actually gave me an allergy attack. But the hotel was super awesome and clean lovely people working there."
