"We stayed for a quick overnight recently, and were very impressed with this property. While we were happy that the property and the room were really clean and that the staff and breakfast buffet were great, we were most happy about the spacious room. It had 2 queen sized beds and a West Elm pull out couch (read: actually comfortable) that suited our family perfectly. Heaven forbid our boy/girl teens have to share a bed or that one of them gets stuck with the "bar in the back" sofa bed! Not a...
"This hotel was near shops, restaurants and near the interstate. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. My only complaint is the did not clean the rooms daily. "

"Arrived earlier than expected and was happy they had a room ready for us. Bed was clean, the room was fine.
Breakfast was great - no complaints.
The only problem was the toilet doesn't flush well. Called for service and a toilet plunger was left outside our room. (I actually thought a maintenence person was). No big deal we could try to fix it ourselves.
Overall, was a satisfactory stay."
"Jay at the front desk was wonderful. My son forgot his iPad and we were already on the road home. He immediately found it effectively saving our trip home. "

"Wonderful, wonderful! Super comfy bed - even liked one of the pillows and I always bring my own. The room was nice and dark with the shade in a track all the way around the window - nice! Exceptional hot breakfast with little things like covering the cinnamon rolls so they don't dry out. So many different hot items and they were replaced promptly. It was delicious!
We wish we could have stayed longer than one night but we will be back whenever we go to a Brewer game!"
"A grand old mansion, lovingly and creatively restored. Breakfast was wonderful - waffles with homemade berry-citrus topping, zucchini bread. We enjoyed meeting other travelers here, too.
During the daytime, noise from the street (neighbors' loud music) was noticeable, but it got quiet at night."

"The property owners: Sue and George were amazing. The house is beautiful. We were located in the serenity room which was a dream. You have everything for a great stay. Quiet. Comfortable and clean. A must when you go to Milwaukee. The bus station is a short walk. Breakfast was delicious. We love it. "
