"The mansion was beautiful and decorated Victorian style. Our room had its own A/C unit and attached bathroom with shower and spa tub. Breakfast was a delicious combo of cold buffet and personally served hot ham and egg sandwich. The owner is a great host and happy to tell the history of the house and area. Located in downtown Dubuque and walking distance to restaurants. "

"Check in was easy. Staff very helpful. Very old building with alot of charm. Can walk entire downtown area. No frills. Bar/lounge felt like a Frank Sinatra hangout. Fun karaoke. "
