"The 3 bedroom unit was definitely a bit tired and in need of a good clean and freshen up. The playground areas as well are in need of upgrading.
Worth noting there is no wifi in the park and extremely limited 4G/5G connection so forget working, streaming movies, or even sending WhatsApp messages in our experience (Telstra and Optus).
The thing that hit us the most was the absolute lack of regard to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the facilities. Yes, the park has notices - "NO NOISE AFTER...

"The room was quite spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a very cold night and the room took a while to heat up but once it heated we were fine. The guy at the desk was very helpful and assisted us in obtaining extra blankets. The shower was good with strong water pressure.
It would have been nice to have a microwave as I had a wheat pillow and couldn't heat it.
It will be great when the building renovations have finished and the entrance into the reception area is fixed up"

"Excellent service always stay here when we come and visit family. Can never fault anything with these rooms. Our shower head was broken on Saturday morning they got the plumber out Saturday morning to fix it. Great service and onto it. Thank you for the service."
