"Fun place to stay, lots of amenities and activities to do. Staff is friendly. The restaurant got our food out pretty quickly even when busy. The ice cream store was very very slow and the showers could've been cleaned more often but other than that, overall great stay!"

"My husband and I had an amazing time here for our anniversary! We had a stargazer tent and we enjoyed the stars every night! The tent was so spacious and we had our personal bathroom and hot water. We were also able to use the furnace in the tent to heat up the room at night, it was so cozy! The complimentary coffee/tea in the morning as well as complimentary smores in the evening was great and we definitely utilized both. "This is a super expensive glorified motel. The most expensive rooms with a balcony are just facing the parking lot. The rooms are nice, but overall overpriced and not worthy."

"We love Flanigan’s Inn have stayed there 3 times. The staff is very accommodating. Location within walking distance to National Park entrance and the setting feels like you are in an oasis within the park."

"Great location for Zion trip. Springdale shuttle right out front - when they run. Seems like for the busiest weekend of the year they'd have more buses. That's on the City of Springdale, not Hampton. Room was large. Nicely done. However, I always beef about the tub/shower combo. Not safe. Don't like. Also, this bathroom has a "centralized" fan system. It doesn't work. There was mold growing near the ceiling on the nice wallpaper. That's a serious problem. Question: are all hot tubs at all...

"We enjoyed our stay for one night. It had great views and was very quiet. There was an outdoor pool, which we didn’t use, but we observed many people enjoying it. There was no breakfast, however, there was a coffee maker in the room, which was helpful, but not the same as getting coffee from the main lobby. Our room was a bit of a walk to the main lobby and we ventured there using our flashlights. It was lovely sitting in the lobby, which had large windows, and watching the sun come up. Soon...
