"We checked in and went to our room and it was filthy. Shot glass on the floor under the beside table, jucuzzi tub filthy, had lipstick stains in it, beside table covered with a sticky mess obviously from the last guests drinks. The bathroom recently had a leak, still construction dust on everything, ceiling tile missing, shower floor dirty and dried urine all over the bottom of the toilet and something splashed up on the lid. "We loved Eagles Nest, the old school charm was refreshing. Very clean, spacious room - super comfy bed. Dinner was great, with probably the best cheesecake we’ve ever had and a decent wine list. Tim is outstanding, very professional and takes his role(s) seriously. We would certainly recommend!!"
