"Larry was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Carpet in room 120 need reglued down. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and great breakfast and clean pool."

"I like everything about this location. My boyfriend and I stay frequently. My only complaint would be. There isn't an ice machine, even though the refrigerator and freezer have an ice maker. The ice maker, is slow. I usually have to go and get ice somewhere to get ice."

"The property needs some fixing. Broken elevator. Broken vending machines. I bought $15 worth of snacks and was charged $150 at their tiny store. The room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable."

"Very nice. Not enough bedding, but we had brought some with us for the 6+ guest room. Great location. Breakfast took a while because food had to be made frequently. I would stay again, though. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Check out at noon, was amazing."

"The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The security robot was cool :) The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work. This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station."

"everything was great. my only complaint was the wifi--the steps to get onto the wifi are too difficult and took too many tries to get on. i should be able to hook up to the wifi in windows and then click a web page that registers me/gets me on. getting that second step was hit and miss. also the basic internet is too slow. 10mb is inadequate."

"The room smelled musty and definitely could use a little attention. The bed was absolutely terrible. There was a refrigerator so that was nice. The room was very noisy. It sounded like I could hear the shower or air conditioner or both from the adjacent rooms. There was a high pitch whine but I’m not sure where it was coming from."

"Conveniently located off of I-5 and near the PDX airport & Cascade Station (with various shopping options and fast food restaurants). We find these rooms to be perfect for our family as it provides enough privacy when traveling with our teen. Plus, it gives us enough room to spread out our luggage and items during the day. This particular location had ample accessible parking at the front, and we found the hotel to be clean and nicely maintained (possibly recently remodeled). We didn't take...

"Sounded like a clan of monkeys on meth running around above our room. Paper thin walls. Obvious remodel due to visible mildew and mold. Breakfast not included in room fee. Staff indifference to comments. Would definitely skip this hotel. Only booked it because looked for a room that would sleep 6. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere."

"This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful."
