"The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...

"An excellent location, close to the monorail and all the casino's. The rooms are large and comfortable, no resort fee and only $10/night parking. Will stay here again when we come back to Vegas!"

"Staff didn't answer the phone, and couldn't sleep due to being place next to a rude fighting family with a crying baby. Couldn't order food. However there was 2 staff a black woman and the gut that checked me out that was extremely helpful. Oh and the guy that checked me in."

"The staff was great, I think the hotel needs to be updated to get a fresh look and feel. I'm really disappointed that they charge $21 dollars per day for parking. I've stayed in other Hilton properties in Las Vegas before and none of them charged for parking ,except this Tropicana location. This was not mentioned when I booked this room."

"We stayed at Homewood for a week with two kids. The hotel is located about ten minutes away from the strip in a relatively quiet area. We had a very spacious room that almost felt like a condo, and we loved having the dining area and the kitchen. The staff were nice and helpful. When we ran out of towels or had a small issue with the kitchen sink, they immediately sent help. The shuttle bus to the strip is definitely a bonus if you're looking to save on parking fees. Our only complaint is the...

"No one made me mad. There was a broken side table that I reported as soon as I got to my room, that didn’t get repaired/replaced during my six day stay, but there’s a Dole Whip machine in the lobby cafe, and that makes up for a lot."
