"Good news was the breakfast and location near our destination. Large fridge and freezer is good. The room was generally clean but the kitchen floor was a little sticky, the toilet seat moved, and the couch in the TV Room was either broken or underneath the cushions or frame on the one side was lower than the other side. They could of gave us a few extra towels as we were there for 2.5 days and no cleaning done to the room. Overall I would rate it a "B""

"While staying there for 6 nights we had a excellent experience. The staff working there were exceptional. During our stay my daughter lost her phone thinking in the pool area. The staff worked hard with me until the phone was found. I thank you again so very much ❤️"

"I strongly suggest that your every location should have At least one GOLF CART near chek in place, so after chek in GOLF CART Will drop customer and their luggage near their room. Specially it will help seniors and handycap, those who have difficulty in walking. It will be blessed. Thank you and God bless everyone."

"Okay for a quick one night stay near I-95. It’s an older property that could use some updating including the replacement of mattresses."

"The property needed landscape maintenance. Exterior trash near front entrance was overflowing Saturday at 10:00 AM. Daytime staff did not speak English and had limited English language understanding."

"I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected."
