"Excellent stay from start to finish. Checking in experience with Shahid at front desk was warm and welcoming. Valet and front of house staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities with segregation available - therapist saw us taking a look around on the first day and gave us a thorough tour which was useful. Room extremely spacious and hotel has a glam feel. Guest relations help set up some decorations for my wife's birthday (available at a fee) which she enjoyed. Would book again."

"This hotel was perfect destination to us first tiome travellers to Doha. It was for us a 13hr stopover and we wanted to make the most of it. We arrived after mioodnight, the check in clerk was super friendly and helpful, at that time of day and after much travel for us it was really appreciated. The room was great. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, didnt even know it was included. It was a nice buffet selection and the staff were super friendly and helpful. When we went out touring for the morning the morning clerk was equally friendly and helpful as the guy the night before. When we rushed back to check out for our flight the staff were again super friendly. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. I was super happy with the price of this hotel with what it provided. It was also for us, in a great location. Thank you."

"We stayed here as part of a layover on our way back from the Maldives and it could not have been more perfect. We had notified the hotel staff that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had left us some treats in our room on arrival. We were travelling with our two young children and the staff were so accommodating of them. The hotel was nice and modern, offered easy access to most places in Doha, breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff. During our stay, I visited the gym which was spacious and offered plenty of options and we also visited the rooftop pool. We thought it would have been good for the smaller pool atleast to offer some respite from the sun during the day but we still managed fine, would have been easier with kids if it had. We also did not realise it was an additional charge for spa access. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and will be returning in the future."

"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. From the door staff to receptionists, cleaners and lifeguards. The service was excellent. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool and beach area was amazing and the kids enjoyed it so much. I would definitely recommend."

"Absolutely amazing waterpark — it’s huge, so even with plenty of visitors, the queues were never too long. The pools were lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The rooms were also beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we would happily return to!"
