"Nice hotel, well-maintained. The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber). "The staff was really sweet. I recently herniated a disc in my back and they did provide me some extra pillows so I could sit up all night. Our room was clean. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of where they serve food. When we went down for dinner the first night I didn’t notice anything too much because it was dark. However, when we went down for breakfast, it was far more noticeable, there were crumbs all over the floor along the baseboards. There was spills all over the cabinet or...
