"I booked this hotel for my father who was returning from USA and got an onward domestic flight. I had hesitation about the hotel location and I contacted them and they explained the things clearly and that comforted me. My father is a senior citizen and I was concerned about him getting to the hotel once after claiming his luggage but the hotel staff was helpful.
