"Établissement familial propre accueillant et fort bien entretenu. Notre coup de cœur dans la région"

"Comfy stay for our group the night before starting the Great Oceam Walk"

"Bit more rustic than we expected. Kitchen sink area very dirty but the rest of the kitchen and dining area ok. I can see it would be a great spot for families to camp, especially in the summer"

"The staff helped us find last minute accomodation in Apollo Bay, which was really appreciated!"

"The name is dishonest as it’s no where near the beach. TRb not available in real time and reception was poor"

"Tiba di penginapan saat malam hari tetapi Jake&Tracy telah meninggalkan pesan untuk kami. Bathtub spa nya sangat istimewa mengingat perjalanan kami sangat panjang (5 jam mengendarai mobil). Peralatan memasak sangat lengkap : kompor, microwave, oven dan peralatan dapur serta makan. Penghangat di tempat tidur sangat berguna mengingat kami datang saat musim dingin. "Staff was very helpful when we did a late check in"

"Old building"

"Guter Parkplatz (kostenlos) Sogar kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Einrichtung auch modern. Sauberkeit war vollkommen okay für eine Nacht."

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

The bed was also not very comfortable so it wasn't a very good sleep."

"Bruce was amazing. We had a hiccup checking in but it was all resolved straight away. Thanks again Bruce. We had a great stay for one night during our great ocean road exploring."

"We booked the Queen share room and as soon as we got there and called the staff about checking in, it wasnt looking good because our room didnt have the partial ocean view OR the private bathroom that was advertised and that we paid for. We opted to pay and additional $10 p/night for the other queen share room with these features, though with that were concerns over cleanliness as a toothpick was left on the nightstand. The freezer did not work properly and there were no bowls although there was...
