"The hotel is in a wonderful, very convenient location. The staff members were definitely great, though the property seemed understaffed during our stay, which left the team a bit overwhelmed.Because they were stretched thin, it was difficult to reach anyone by phone at the front desk. A request for a replacement iron (the one in our room was burnt) and housekeeping wasn’t available to deliver—I certainly didn’t mind helping out and picked it up myself at the front desk. "We were very pleased with this place and will definitely return! Our room was spacious and nice. The shower was wonderful! They facility is not close enough to the freeway to hear the noise, that part was especially noticeable. And the breakfast, alright very typical, was enjoyable. "The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"
