"The property itself was a wonderful redo of an old building. The architecture with exposed brick and concrete beams added to the uniqueness of the property. The entire staff was amazing, helpful and always cheerful. We took advantage of their wonderful shuttle service to go to every event we were attending. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"The room on the 2nd day was never cleaned or trash taken out. Towels were left dirty and wet. We used the towels because that’s all we had. Carpet not cleaned or beds made. Would not stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and the parking attendants very helpfu but room never cleaned however"

"The good news: the staff was responsive, friendly, thorough, and helpful. The bad news: The parking situation was bad. The road for the hotel was partially closed so getting to the parking garage while dragging luggage through downtown was a big pain. After managing traffic and closures from hotel to garage (15 minutes +), I had to walk a couple blocks, cross at a clearing, and walk back a couple of blocks with a heavy back-pack and suitcase. "The lady at the front desk was nice and had good customer service."

"Breakfast is always terrific. There was one working elevator when we arrived, but the second elevator was fixed promptly. Our room A/C stopped working properly. But maintenance was up to fix it minutes after notifying the front desk. Appreciated the quick work."
