"The hotel is nice enough. But the staff is not very friendly or accommodating. They made my stay very stressful. "

"It wasn't the nicest place, but it was not horrible, nor at any point did I feel unsafe. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, I like a cooler room. There was some peeling paint, but it wasn't enough to bother me. The mini fridge worked, and the TV was operational. For the price, I think it was great. I knew there were going to be things you trade off, and this was perfect."

"The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels"

"The room came with two towels and when I went to the front desk in the morning, I was told there were no extra towels as they were all dirty at that moment. There were also two bugs inside the Keurig machine in my room. Also, the toilet would not flush well. I flushed 5 times and the toilet paper never flushed down the toilet."

"There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

"The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. "

"Stayed 5 nights: 1st night, after driving 8 hours, realized the TV was not working due to a very obvious faulty hook-up cable situation, which I offered to fix myself as it was an easy fix & I was ready for Golden Girls & sleep. Went to speak to the lady, sitting on the lounge area couch on her phone, who informed me there was nothing anyone could do & put a work order in to be fixed the next day.
