"Great location just 1 minute from the beach . Parking space and beach facilities come to extra cost not included on the hotel fee ,around €10-20 x day each . Nice breakfast with good selection of savoury and sweet . Quiet area so not much noisy in the night . Everything was great a part the carpet in our room which needed a good cleaning and stain removal. Room was ok also for a seaside location . "

"Not good,dirty carpet,safe not working,TV not working.Was told would be sorted by manager but wasn't.Wifi not working in room on second floor Staff unable to understand English or Italian and a toilet located within a shower cubicle, come on I'm on holiday not in prison! Manager arrogant and unhelpful, I had an early flight so had to leave before breakfast start by 10 minutes so asked staff if it was ok to make sandwich to take with me, the girl said ok no problem then manager explained...

"Room was big enough, breakfast was very rich and available till late in the morning, staff friendly and helpful. Position is very centric, only 5-min away from the closest public beach and in an area full of shops and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend anyone going to Cesenatico to check this property out."

"The couple that runs this B&B is very sweet and caring and we loved the breakfast they made for us with the fresh pastries and baked goods, yummy cold cuts, hard boiled eggs and of course the fabulous Italian cappuccino that we learned to love so much. The shower was interesting, because it’s right on the middle of the bathroom with no curtain or doors around it, but it worked great and I ended up enjoying my shower there too. You just have to remove everything that shouldn’t get wet before you...
