"Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Den eneste udfordribg var, at vi brugte 20 minutter på at finde indgangen, da vi ankom. Der er mange unge studerende der bor der, men der er ingen larm. Til gengæld, er der godt gang i barerne, rundt omkring. Klar anbefaling."

"The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept...

"Citidel is also part of the grup hotel that is located at mid valley (st giles boulevard and the garden) and is standard of 3 star hotel, but maybe at corridor of the floor seems like they doesn’t turn on the ac so it’s pretty hot. But you don’t need to buy water because you can refill it at the machine like st giles boulevard. Overall is still good, maybe try to change the pillow because the condition is not really good anymore."

"Arrived at 11pm, took 35mins to check in due to long que (only 1 person as receptionist & working very slow) The room has no trash can, amenities, & drinking water. Alao shocked to ser how small the room was. "

"Decent place to sleep and wash up. Staff is very friendly, room is small but value for money. There's a working table and window in my room, which is important for me. Quiet neighborhood, not much food outlet and no convenience store. There's a mall across the highway, not so convenient to cross. Housekeeping only on request. Have to walk up some steps to reach the elevator. Not wheelchair friendly."
